The Great Famine Voices Roadshow was welcomed to Fort Henry National Historic Site in Kingston, Ontario, by Hugh Ostrom (Parks Canada), Tony O’Loughlin (Founder of the Kingston Irish Famine Commemoration Association), and Eithne Dunbar (Founder of the Brockville Irish Cultural Society), who sang Gaelic folk songs and described the Canadian Gaeltacht in nearby Tamworth, Ontario:
